Behavioral
and measurable learning objectives:
1. Attendees will identify at
least one area of their life where they are out of
balance or out of integrity.
2. Attendees will become aware of
what each of their clients is reflecting in themselves
and use it as a tool to become 100% responsible for the
fulfillment of their vision.
3. Attendees will step into a
higher level of accountability by identifying what
choices they’ve been making that have left them out of
integrity and what choices they need to make to bring
forth balance and integrity.
4. Attendees will leave the
presentation with clear action steps that will support
them in creating and maintaining balance on a daily
basis; a balance of being and doing.
Relevance to conference
attendees:
The Balance Act – Being AND Doing
will support attendees in gaining clarity around the
significance of who they are being in the world versus
all that they are doing. Our society tends to place
value on production, taking pride in multitasking which
is resulting in stress and disease leaving one to feel
out of balance. Coaches as well as the general public
will benefit from this presentation as it will bring
individual awareness around the choices they are making
and how those choices are affecting themselves and
everyone around them.
Main points to be covered in the
presentation:
1. What area or areas of my life
am I out of integrity? How am I not taking 100%
responsibility for my life?
2. At what level of integrity am I
functioning as a coach? If we are not living up to all
our potential then we are out of integrity. Life is
meant to be lived fully. If we are out of alignment
with our skills or dharma then issues will continue to
show up to let us know we are off track.
3. How are my clients reflecting
me? What support structures do I have to put in place
to assist me in creating learning in each moment?
4. Being AND doing – what does
that look like in my life?
How does the presentation differ
from others:
The Balancing Act – Being AND Doing
will differ from others that might address the same
topic by the process that attendees will be facilitated
through. The intention of this presentation will be to
guide the attendees “out of their minds” and into their
heart for the purpose of using their “inner wisdom” as a
means to connect them with a new sense of being and
allowing them to experience the moment. Using their
experience that will be birthed from the presentation,
attendees can then create specific action steps that
will allow them to connect with their “inner wisdom” on
a regular basis, further supporting their vision, their
clients and the world.
